need help please: all of a sudden im having trouble w/ power steering

and i hear like a growling sound when i steer?

Check the power steering fluid level. It is located in the front of the engine bay near the air filter (driver's side US) Check that first.

i turned while on a stop, i heard kind of like a broken snapping sound, now if i steer (at a stop) i hear a really loud growling sound and have trouble steering....i checked the belts they are fine....


please help.:(

Could be the ball joints. Check the boots. It happened to my Honda before. The boots broke. No grease to protect the ball joints and eventually worn out.
