Be careful with the ebay seller that Jehu referenced, I bought an M-Tech 2 (e36) wheel from him. It was in good condition as advertised, but took nearly 2 months to get here, even after paying the extra $29 for "air-mail". The seller has many aliases and changes his ebay name frequently to get out from under bad feedback:

Other than that, the wheel is very nice & fits perfectly & has a nice feel & was an easy install. To get rid of the SRS light, take the instrument cluster and remove the bulb:

There's another tiny bulb soldered to the pc board, just put a piece of black tape over it, otherwise it will flash dimly.

It's a 370mm, camera paralax makes it look much larger than it really is. It crops the view of the tops of the speedo & tach & turn signal indicators while driving, but quickens the turn-in.

i also read it might trigger a message on the check control system, is it true?

Yah, i am not endorsing the seller by using his listing to showcase a steering wheel.

No problem with mine. It behaves normally. Guess they didn't route the SRS thru the CCM. When I first did mine, I pulled the SRS relay out of the fuse box thinking I need to trick it into ignoring it ever had an SRS. Found out later that the highbeams & turn signals weren't working without the SRS relay so put it back in. Everything works & no error messages.

Yeh, figured that. Just shedding some light on a questionable seller.

Its appreciated .I've noticed something unusual with these wheels and other stuff from De. Its been a factor in my reluctance in buying anything.

I have a 05 M3 wheel and looooooove it. Its the same wheel used on the 05 Euro M5's, has a great feel and can be picked up prett cheap while retaining your airbag which can save your life. Gotta love the Mstiching as well.
