Trying to determine the CPI (Consumer Price Index) or inflation rate from 2001 to 2004. The websites that I found show:
2001-2002 2.8%
2002-2003 1.6%
2003-2004 2.2% +/-

I am taking these figures to determine approx. increased cost of living over the 3 years.
