OBC Function 10, What's the Deal?

Know about this website (http://home.iae.nl/users/bts/obc.htm) In fact I'm using the info there to calibrate the "Avg MPG" on the OBC. Howerver there seems to be a lot of conflicting information as to whether the OBC "Avg MPH" (or instantaneous reading) can be calibrated or if the it is actually changing what the speedometer reads. Some say it changes the "Range" setting.

Any good info out there?

My Average MPH is actually spot on, but my Range is way off. Says around 530 Miles on a full tank.

Have yet to find any clear info on how to adjust that. Would love to.
