I thought you meant the lens was big....

Wish I had a great camera.

Massive pic! Very clear for the size. I might be picking up a Rebel XTi soon.

Mmmmm highlights blownout (not lens fault) and heavy chromatic abberation with noise :(

Strange though... 1/200 @ F7.1, ISO 400

Did you intentionally use 400? Doesn't make sense that the camera would automatically choose this for an outdoor in-shade picture?

The other drawback now is that we can see those little stone chips so clearly on the hood. Heh ;)

On the upside, the car looks fantasic! Very glossy and 'wet' like :)

it's a new toy & i just didn't have time to play.
yes, i know the stone chips look nasty, but it has 207,000 miles on it.

LT: Constant f stop means that as you zoom, the minimum f stop stays constant. Many screw up the image at certain (maximum wide angle combined with minimum f stop) settings where the lens glass and design is pushed to its limit. They usually build in a mechanical cam setup to prevent you selecting the settings that cause these kind of problems. That way you won't encount it too badly when you shoot.

Nice car, seems to be quite clean for how many miles it's got!

Yeah yeah, but who's going to take the radar detector off just so they don't get that same reaction everywhere they go? It's not like without the baby seat he'll go any faster, or without the radar detector any slower. It's a matter of having the baby in the car, even if he has the detector, it doesn't mean he's going to go fast. :-D

I don't know why I wrote that, but it's pointlessly true.

i do drive a lot slower with it than without it.
i know you can't see it, but there is a second car seat.

Heh. Now I'm so glad I have a white car! Dark colors must be a PAIN with those irritating little stone chips! Seriously though, your car is CLEAN... Now except that I'm awake, that little door molding sticks out like a sore thumb :) A little hot glue will hold it in until you're ready to replace it and it'll be perfect! Good stuff.

Don't bother with my prior post. I was dead tired and talking trash :)
