hi
hv a 94 540i and its fine till i put the headlights on.then i get message tail light out then dipper light out and it cycles thru all the rest as faulty.
messages usually only start when lights on and blinker or brakes used.
car also loses security code a couple of times a week when parked overnight.
hv had 2 auto electricans look at it checking bulbs earths etc but they can't
find the reason.
hoping someone can give me a clue
