M30 Stage I:

Cast iron turbo exhaust manifold
TO4E Turbo
Tial External Wastegate
3” downpipe (ceramic coated)
Intake pipe (ceramic coated)
Charged air pipe (ceramic coated)
30lb injectors
Billet RRFPR
Bosch bypass valve
AFM bracket
K&N Filter
All necessary silicone couplers and stainless hose clamps
Exhaust manifold gaskets and nuts
Oil supply line and fittings
Oil return line and fittings
Motor mount (if necessary)

Bigger injectors. Check. 3" downpipe. Check.

What about the electronics? Can the Motronic (with a D'Sylva stuff in) handle 6lbs of boost, or will it NEED (not talking about benefit) from a piggy back or standalone?

dude that use to work at my shop had a non intercooled tcd kit on his e28(stage 2 i think), i think todd set him up for 8-10 psi with nothing but a chip and a wide band 02 sensor to keep a eye on things, he hangs on mye28.com and his name is kyle

I have first hand experience with TCD tuning (Cereal Killas car here on campus) and I must say its quite bad. We're seeing 10:1 AFRs on boost (6 psi!).

I would definitely get an intercooler. I did the whole supercharged non intercooler thing and man were my intake temps hot!
