While changing new timing belt, water pump, belts, head gasket, ect I found a crack on the side of the no. 3 cyl. in the head.Guess thats why I was running hot???!!!!
Any advice on where to find a good head will be appreciated, or does any one have one.
Thought I was clost to getting my '90 525i back on the road. There I go thinking again.:(

even in south florida you won't find an e34 with the motor in it still, people consider them a "newer" bmw in these parts, and charge appropriately. southern california is different. if i were you, i'd try ebay or www.car-part.com (http://www.car-part.com) first. i don't own an m20, but if it is possible to put the head from an e30 m20 onto the e34 m20 engine, any junkyard around you should have one.
