Looks great Pat.
You have any plans to market a mild turbo kit for the m30? Are you using the electromotive tec3 ignition?

I've been watching Todd & Sweeney, TCD; their turbo setup is quite interesting.

Hi Pat

That's one amazing motor !!!

Do you have any picture's of your exhaust manifold ?

I looked in to putting a turbo on to my RHD 535 but the kit i looked at whouldn't fit because the lay out of the manifold/turbo.The turbo was mounted on the bottom of the manifold and whould have clashed with the steering colum.

If i use a lay out like your's(with the turbo on top)and have a manifold and down pipes made up for me then i might be able to get around the steering colum problem.

I'm looking in to useing 745 turbo piston's and oil jet's for spraying oil on to the back of the piston's.This will give me a comp ratio of 8.0:1 and a piston design that hope fully will be stronger and be more suited for a turbo charged engine.

I'm hoping i can get a turbo set up that spools up quite quickly in the rev range and that i can get 400-500 bhp at the crank.

I will be useing an inter cooler and i'll have my stand alone Ecu remapped to suit.

I've also got a Schrick 284 cam fitted. Is this ok for a turbo charged car or am i best of with a stock cam ?

There's obviously a lot more detail's to consider like uprated fuel injector's,plumbing,RRFR,inter cooler sizeing etc ,but do you think i'm heading in the right direction to achieve my aim's ?

Your help will be appriciated ! :)

Thank's

Andrew
