worked much better for me to use saran wrap on the inside instead of a trash bag.. the weight of the plastic on the trash bag caused it to keep falling down instead of staying in place... Also it worked out much better on mine to do the rear window in quarters instead of all at once...my tint was severely bubbled and didn't want to pull off in a single piece which is why quarters worked better. I also removed the back seat and the parcel shelf since so much ammonia kept dripping down and I didn't want to damage the leather or parcel shelf.. Then i put a tarp over the frame after the seat had been removed.

I had phone quotes from $100-$129 to remove tint from a '97 528i three weeks ago. I bit the bullet and paid LA Tint (in Virginia) $109 . They seemed to know what they were doing and it took two people an hour to do the work.

i once had to remove my tint and used a normal rubber eraser to get lid of all the glue left on the window.
I couldn't feel anything in my fingers after the work. hehe
