129,000 miles Running 91 octane Mobil 1 15w50

The average number is for the same model vehicle throughout the state.

The technician at the test only facility was impressed by the hydrocarbon numbers. "Your car is running clean!"

Anybody have the emissions numbers on the hybrids? I think I should qualify for the carpool lane! (In California holier-than-thou super low emission vehicles can get a sticker that allows them to drive in the carpool lanes with no passengers.)

So don't worry about a chip hurting your emissions numbers.

In Arizona, the units of measure are grams per mile.

I wish I knew how I compared to yours.

HC = 0.16, 1.00 max allowed
CO = 2.58, 12.00 max allowed
NOX = 1.08, 2.50 max allowed

A HOV lane sticker for clean cars would be awesome. At least one out of every four cars here are in the carpool lane illegally - no plates, no stickers, and just one person in the car.

My car is a 1992 E34 525IA M50, with EAT chip, using 91 octane - FYI
