Unknown Bracket...

I've found this bracket that doesn't seem to be holding anything. My guess is that it held maybe a headlight fluid pump? It's on the driver side right behind and a little below the headlight. What did it hold?

Just curious as to what was there, now it holds my ballast.

well, i can see the ASC throttle actuator next to it, maybe its for the electric headlight adjuster?

its not the headlight washer pump that sits in the headlight and fogloght washer tank,its not the headlight washer nozzle,that sits in the bumper it self,its not the headlight motor that sits on the back of the headlight bucket
