200 - 300 - 600 - 1000 - 1500 grit sanding follow up with high temp clear coat

If yours had aged as mine had (corrosion AND "sand blasted") and there's NO way I would have gotten them back to "new" condition.

And, besides.....with the amount of time I spent UNDER THE HOOD and ON THE SUSPENSION, the last thing I wanted to do is get up-close-and-personal with my tailpipes. :p

just part of the game....
weve all done engine, suspension, headlights... etcc etc. I did mine on the day I did my audio/video install. It really took like 10 mins.
