I think the cow was 1120 lbs before butchering. The choice cuts, minues the bones, guts and other crap isnt nearly as much. Still, that much meat makes me drool.

We made 4 pizzas last night (salami, grilled eggplant,,riccota, anchovies, mozarella) so we'll warm up the left overs and have a quick lunch before going to work.

we don't get to pick lunch places, the manager goes and gets it and decides (we can't complain too much as the shop pays) and for some ****ed up reason mondays is usually mcdead rat, the only time he goes to wendys is when we are running low on plastic forks/spoons/knives and we then can get a decent burger/cup of chili, sonic gristle burgers suck and i despise burger king (cept for the occaisional crotch sandwedge in the morning)

Had to drive to the nearest stealership - 50 kms away, so decided to have lunch at the club while I was there :

Medium rare new york cut with potatoes, steamed vegetables and bacon and mushroom sauce. Lovely ! ;)

I had tomatosoup and then patatoes with vegetables and blood sausage, al mixed to something like soup :p .
Must eat liquid things for 3 weeks... :(

i would h ave B king over macdonald s any day...either however is a last resort!Trying to lose a little weight,and get ready for a 80 km cycle relay(thats my leg!) at the end of November
