front fog light

Hey everyone, I have a 1989 520i se and have noticed that the front fog lights don't work and on further inspection the wire going into the connector at the fog light has snaped off. How would i fix this?

Strip a quarter inch of insulation off the ends of the leads, slip some heat-shrink tubing over the leads, solder them, slip the heat-shrink tubing over the solder joints and shrink the heat-shrink tubing with a lighter or heat gun.

Buy new leads and connectors from BMA. I think the wires are $3 and the connecters are a few bucks. Alternatively, get them from the dealer ($27 for a single wire alone !!)
