Blocked sunroof drain

We have a 525i tourer 1993 and have a blocked front sunroof drain. Have tried unblocking it with wire but seems blocked at bottom. Have found rear exit but cannot unblock from this end either any suggestions please? Will try compressed air thanks Myles

Carefully with a bit of compressed air. I used a bike tyre pump before I had the compressor.
