tensioner pivot

I fitted the two belts on the V8 last night. Took me some time to figure out where the tensioner pivot should be set. I set both to the extreme. If I set the other extreme the belt will be completely loose. The picture below is the engine right after I off loaded from the pickup truck four months ago. My question is, what is the correct position to lock the bolt on both tensioners to set the degree of pivot?
