Lately, a lot of e34s have poped up on the local market. Most of them are neglected. A very nice 95 525 with 88k miles sold in 24hrs, but that the exception.

This one caught my eye :

Ad is in french. In a nutshell, it's stuck in D and has front end damage. I was thinking brake upgrade and parting the rest but I don't even know if it's worth it because a lot of used parts don't sell for much... Price is about $1500 USD negotiable.

I think I don't understand what you are asking. Are you saying should I buy this car for $1500 just to part out? Or are you actually wanting to buy another e34 for yourself?
