finally the V12 is out

Engine weighs 240 kg, I guess the trans plus 80-100 g.

Winter time is coming soon. :)
Then I will disassemble everything.....

Yeah, thats sizable. And i thought removing the intake from my M50 was a pain, can't imagine the contortion necassary to reach everything in that ratsnest when still in the car. I wasn't aware they used two coils, always assumed 12 seperate coils.

I've seen it doen before also. It was a black E34 with a 6 speed. Way cleaner then the blue one on your link. I think the blue one was still a work in progress from the looks of the interior though.

Must be a very poweful car to handle. I got the blue one by googling e34 v12. I didn't want to get a search ticket from officer Qube so... ;)

But still, what are your plans for that V12 Shogun?

No plan, just a spare engine with I "park" in my stock.
I am disassembling that car completely and keep most of the parts or give them to friends.
I have another 750 waiting for disassembling. It was produced in the last month of the E32 production, 03/1994, all gimmicks inside like electric telescopic steering wheel, wonderful wood, buffalo leather seats etc.,
less than 60 k miles on the clock.
The driver was a bit too fast on a slippery road and touched something on left and right side on the street. 4 doors damaged outside, but the rest is fine.

Wow, that engine looks clean for a rebuild case.

Yes, trans does not leak and ran when I checked the car. The engine: I found the problem why it was comsuming oil. Were the CPV valves, now very fine.
But someone who wants to built it up again, will probably disassemble it and rebuild.
