I plan to reseal the intake on my 540 either this weekend or next. I notice several members recommend to buy 13 new allen head cap-screws (metric 6mm) to replace the torx. I have not seen anyone mention what length. Do they vary?
I also see suggestions to replace the brake booster vacum hose and fuel return line. Do these use standard sizes I can get at Autozone or the like? What sizes? Any special specifications?
