Can ANYONE find a reason not to buy this if money wasn't much of an issue?

Gorgeous, but the price is ridiculous.

Damn that's ugly!! not.

The price seems high but for an example of that quality it's not rediculous.

that's the price of exclusivity.. i think it's worth it if the car is in good shape

I agree. There aren't that many of these out there. The price is high but somebody will likely pay it.

i'd assume it's a splendidauto car. we should have Nuclearfusion go check it out. i dunno if i'd pay that much though. for 35k i'd pick up that m540i and still have enough for a 535iM.....

The m540i isn't biTurbo... I'd take that over two cars. It's two cars in itself! :)

This car has been for sale in Vancouver for a while. Seems like the price has gone up.

i don't think this is the one you are thinking of.. the same guy was selling a non-turbo b10 a while back

So did alpina get the shell of the car and finish it with their style or did they buy a factory and mod it?

It's the same car I posted about a few months back:

http://www.bimmer.info/forum/showthread.php?t=22908

http://www.bimmer.info/forum/showthread.php?t=23659

It's one on Robert Voytcheff's cars from www.splendidauto.com

...anyways, I think he just sold it ....perhaps to some lucky chap on this forum.

I pretty well have my mind made up and I'll probably bring one in from Deutschland in the summer of next year.... :D
