I can not find a repair manual for E34 520. Haynes, Bentley etc only covers the 525. Is there much difference between cam chain alignement on M50B20 and M50B25? Will the manuals give me sufficient data?

Maybe that engine is covered in the 3 series Bentley? Bavauto just has a sale, part number is B390

Same problem there, only 325. The cam chain, sprockets, tensioner are all the same, so I reckon this should be pretty similar between these engines?

That's the euro motor, I had the same problem with my 520, I have the manual but sometimes it doesnt help.

In terms of general repair procedures, the M20B20/M20B25 and M50B20/M50B25 are not appreciably different, unless you're doing an engine rebuild where things like bore diameter, size & shape of manifold gaskets, etc., may differ.
