Hey everyone,

On the digital mileage display I've got a couple of numbers that are'nt displaying properly. The bottom sections of the figures are there, sometimes not there and sometimes feint. Is there a quick fix to make sure they're on all the time? Or should I just say f**k it and leave them, I can still tell what the numbers are though. If it's a big job, I'll leave it.

Cheers

This problem is common to liquid crystal displays. Seems after a while the glass begins to seperate from the conductors. I'm not too knowledgable on how or why these things work, but can tell you from experience that a gentle push on the glass where it comes in contact with the soft conductor portion will very often restore it to normal operation. Don't seperate it and attempt to to re-adhere it, chances are VERY slim it will work properly.
This requires removal of the cluster and some disassemby. Don't power up the car with the cluster out or you will get an SRS light.
