Don, that oxygen sensor removal tool of yours saved my
Azz today on e320 that i couldn't get the sensor out with conventional o2 sensor tools.

like this one? (http://shoptoolsshoptools.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?search=yes) (Item #197 - Schley 88750 if the link doesn't work) i have a snap on one like this and it's the perfect sensor tool imho, if you can get it with a 3/8 breaker bar you can use a long punch on the side of the tool

Glad it worked Bill. I was thinking sooner or later you might come across a need for it. I put my left-handed drills to work today. Had a stainless steel bolt snap off in a stainless part. It had gauled and was Loctited to boot. I only drilled about 1/8" deep and it friction-heated enough to break down the Loctite & spun the broken threads out without having to resort to EZ-outs

that's pretty cool, works a lot like mine when i use a punch on it instead of a 3/8 drive tool, regular split 02 sockets suck bad
