decided i couldn't afford some angel eyes and thought i'd keep it retro!

found a cuople of mint condition (95 plate) smilies at a scrapper instead

£50 - BARGAIN!

they dont look much better on camera but the glass on the new ones feel like new, almost no pitting. the insides could do with a clean i think but for now they look sooo much better even when turned off! the height adjustment motor plug don't fit but what the hey!

Aren't those just the smiley ones? Angel eyes have that ring around the entire outer edge

no they're not angel eyes, they're originals

their just just far far better condition than my old ones

i decided i wasn't fussed about the ricer look and went with these instead

the look soo much better

P.S. any of u guys play toca race driver 3 online with ur PS2?

exactly, he was being sarcastic i believe when he said "who needs angel eyes" so instead of goin to the angel eyes he just kept with the smileys..

The before ones - are they the new ones after cleaning or just your old lights, if so how did u clean them, i got a pair and the driver side is kinda pitted.

after

fitted the replacements from the scrap yard which are in mint condition and almost no pitting on the lenses

do you know a good way to clean them, my driver side is pitted pretty good but my pass isnt, know any good methods?

i was thinking fine sand and wheel em out but I personally havent wheeled glass...yet...
