Knocking sound

Getting this sound from front when going over small bumps in the road surface, hitting speed humps or if i suddenly brake.

Don't know if its roll bar bushes, or thrust /control arm bushes.

any ideas?

bushing wear out and it knock every time I brake or hit a bump on the road.
