They state the account will be monitored and discount will increase as the account is used.
Having just ordered over £440 of parts (a good start to the account) I got most of mine at trade meaning the Aux fan at £144 +vat was £120+vat so could be a decent saving.
When calling ECP, discount is discretionary with each salesman so if we get used to using the same person on the same account, trade price should be the norm BUT DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR DISCOUNT whatever the purchase.
I've also found that they do dealer parts as well direct from BMW but with their discount added so whatever you need whether you think it's a dealer only part give them a call first.
Example....headlamp washer nozzle....BMW £12.00 ECP £9.00
