Had a good time fellows,

Turnout was so-so, but this event was late notice so I can't complain. Anyway, was nice to put some faces to screennames and talk cars. Great way to spend a Sunday.

Here's some pictures from the event, hope to have more of these gatherings as Bret's always gets something new.

...you know it's hot when ice cream won't freeze :(

Web was asleep by the time we got up to Highway 50.

And Bret, I might've killed my dremel tool, but I got that lens off in one piece. I tried a hot air pencil, then resorted to a small cutoff wheel that did the trick. Looks like it'll work.

Michael, thanks for bringing Christopher down and letting Web tag along with him. That was good since Rig Jr. wasn't around.

Bret, thanks for letting us invade the farm yet again. We all had a great time. Sorry we couldn't make dinner; previous engagement at home.

I would like to say I had a blast but I worked too damn hard while I was there changing out seat belt buckles and the damn trans control module. :D

I did enjoying seeing a few more E34's. Thanks Bill for the ice cream/milk/dairy concoction. Christopher enjoyed playing with Web. I'll post my pics tomorrow showing everyone some of the destroyed bimmers on Bret's farm, the biggest spider I've ever seen and the trans control module location.

Thanks Bret for the hospitality, sorry we couldn't make dinner. Maybe next time.

Maybe we can do this again in the fall and invite families too. We can rent one of those inflatable jumpy things for the kids and have a pig pickin for the adilts. If we get enouhg takers, we wouldn't have to chip in too much.
