How many quartes of OIL does a 1994 530 needs?

I wanted to do the oil change of my 1994 530, but I don't know how many oil quarters does it needs. Also what oil should I use? I believe I must use synthetic, but what grade?

I use 5w-30 in my 540 and I order it by the liter. I think it takes right at 8 liters. Use Motul synthetic from www.bavauto.com
