hmmm .. a few things spring to mind ...

... Extracting 375bhp at up to 13000rpm from an Alfa 2.0 V6 Turbo using water-methanol at 16 bar boost (all this using only a Porsche 928 fuel pump ?) probably means it will last about 50 miles until the crank breaks (or gearbox or diff) .. then again I'm probably optimistic about that.

... Another thought is that when this engine really does 'let-go', do you really want to be sat just inches away from it with only a vinyl seat back as protection ?

... Putting down the 280kW (375 bhp) through 215/35-16 tyres on 9" rims is essentially unstable with such a narrow track and short wheelbase, and is very likely to impossible to steer a straight line when fully accelerating.

Therefore this cannot be even close to being a 'Ferrari-killer' .. obviously a comment from someone who doesn't 'know' a Ferrari.

... Maybe its because I can't translate enough German or I'm simply biased, but it is almost a joke, even if it is meant to be a drag-strip car (which the interrior suggests is unlikely!).

However, that said ... an interesting vehicle for someone with significant money to squander.

Well, he needed a new challenge as he said, that is why he made that car. Before he had done mods on his:
Renault Alpine A310 S with TurboV6 engine,
Renault Sport Spider, Lotus Esprit , Porsche Cabrio, Ferrari Spider, Corvette Cabrio, Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes SL 500..

The phrase "low polar moment" immediately springs to mind.
