tranny acting funny

Hello, I Have A 525 I 1995 And Lately I`m Having Sporadicly This Problem,if I Have To Stop The Car Suddenly I Can Feel The Tranny Taking Few Second To Downshift And Get Ready For Pick Up In First Gear Again,it Only Happen When I Stop The Car In A Fast Way,if I Decelerate Normally The Tranny Will Downshift Correctly.

have you ever changed the trans fluid and filter? If not that would be the first thing I recommend.

It sounds like it's low on fluid. I second what 632 Regal said.
