I've seen a lot of talk about iridium spark plugs, but none specifically geared towards the m50/tu engine.

If anybody is currently running these, please post a review. :D

BTW. does anybody have the ngk iridium part number?

I know denso is ik20....

Hi,
I'm using denso IK20 on my 540, and i'm very happy with them. I'm saving about 1 mpg, and if you consider that fuel here (Chile) cost arround us$4.8 a gallon, I'm paying all 8 plugs every 10k miles.

Good luck,

Jose

avoid bosch NGK are just better I dont know what is avalible for the m50 but I run NGK platinium in my m20.. I have never had any luck with Bosch Plugs foul etc.. My cars will allways get NGK's from now on.. More power cleaner spark a better quality plug.. Iridium's just give a great spark.. Now they have laser Iridium's which are even better than standerd iridiums.. I use just the standerd G-power platiums in my car.. However I have used laser platium and standerd iridiums in my past cars.. engines that I though were long gone got some spunk back after adding the NGK's.. however this is my opinion...
thanks
