laser cut keys

Does anyone know where a person can get their keys cut reasonably other than a dealer. My 94 does not have the transponder and I can get key blanks for $10.00. The dealer wants $50.00.

to get the key blanks cheaper than from the dealer is the problem.
I bought them on the Bay from a seller in Hongkong. Went to a well equipped key shop here in Japan which makes all kinds of car keys and they made it. Works nice.

Yea, I found plenty of blanks, I'm having trouble finding a place that has the equiptment to cut them.
