Rear door problem

My right rear door has a worsening door brake problem. It now makes a loud clunk as it reaches each of the 2 door open positions. Can this be remedied?

I searched for replacement stops and all I can find is: Part # 51 21 8 155 698.

But the descriptions all say "Door Brake - Front".

Are there Door Brake - Rear?
