Driver's Seat Reclines, But Does Not Come Back Up

My driver's seat reclines just fine, but it does not come back up. I am afraid that it will continue to recline accidentally by different people driving. The seat moves up and down okay, as well as going forward and backward okay. What could be the problem? Thank you for your help.
