shimmy shimmy shake

i know it has been addressed before-i have replace upper with 750 bushings ,lemforder and lowers, lemforders from bma , patrick that is , and balanced the tires at discount tire but i still get the shakes only between 50 and 60 crap wtf can i do???????????:(

did they use a hunter with roadforce to balance?

the steering linkage if worn will cause the shimmy as well, how old is it?
