Those new shoes are nice. Personally, I prefer the old ones. Are they for sale?

Erm... I'd prefer the old ones. Slap the news ones on a TSX or something but just doesn't seem right on the e34 :( Mind you, the wheels look great.

The reason I got new rims is that mine were 6 yrs old I think and 1 or 2 are bent, and all of them need refinishing, I needed new tires, so it was just easiest to get a whole package now.

I might get the old ones straightened and use them for winter, currently I use the stock rims in winter.

Shiny, but I think I liked the old ones. But as they say, it don't matter what I like, it only matter what you like.

I did mine last year in a weekend with POR-15 but I had it easier as my car is black.

Yeah I was planning on that, did that with my other rims, now that I have them I was going to measure to order the right ones.

Next to Drew I might have the next largest stockpile of tires & rims.....

Heres whats in my basement

4 - Michelin XGT Z4s 235/45/17 - Some have good tread depth, would have to measure.
2 - Toyo Proxies - 225/50/16
4 - Original TRX !!! Rims from my E24 w/ junk tires
4 - E34 Basketweaves w/ Michelin Artic Alpin 225/60/15 Tires, good tread on all, but one has been patched and has held up for 1.5 winters
4 - Faux Schnitzer Type III Racing w/ 235/45/17 Continental Extreme Contacts, 2 are close to bare min, other 2 are 4-5/32s.

Are you interested in trading your old wheels for a set of basketweaves in good shape w/ almost new (<4kmi) Blizzak REVO's for winter use? Check your IM.

Thanks,
-tom
