So i have a 1990 535i with a factory decal set along the fenders to the hood to the other fender. I think if i go along with a hair dryer, i can slowly peel the decal off, are there any problems with peeling this off, and am i doing this the right way, excuse me if mi sentences sound bad, im drunk.

park the car in the sun for half the day.

stagger back to the car and fire up the hair dryer and keep the stripes warm.

have a drink and peel away.

have another drink to keep your hands steady….. This is no time for the ol' DT's

You my have to follow up with a solvent to remove any glue left behind.

try

lots of clean rags (girl friend’s, wife’s or mother's underware)

alcohol (you got lot’s of that, now it’s time to share with your car)

Goof Off (Hmmm nice Pine after taste)

Lighter fluid (Ronsonal-Zippo) Only do a few shots with a wick and flint chaser)

Lacquer thinner (be careful…this is not to drink and don’t use too much, it will remove the paint)

Now it’s time to wax the whole car at 3:30 in the morning, while throwing up.

Wake up tomorrow afternoon….."Who the hell stole my stripes, waxed the car and threw up all over the garage? Whoa… I gotta stop drink’n so much…"

TR-3 resin glaze to get rid of the halo where the emblem was.
