not bad .. i did this to my crx and saab 9000turbo but kind of grew out of it 5 years ago.. the wiper in your line of sight gets annoying

But it saves weight!Yep, at least 1lb! It's pretty cool... I wonder how much faster our 400m times would be!

I don't think the setup will last the test of time, or driving fast and hard in the rain; I can't see one getting as good a wipe in pouring rain at the speed limit. Its a horrible job working on the wipers, it'd take a lot to convince me to do it for fun...

I used to drive a Hondog that belonged to a friend.... super-riced-out with a SC, (then later he did a turbo setup because my VR6 would still beat him!) He was fully tricked out and won awards... was featured in an American magazine...

Of course, he had the one wiper.... it was as useless a **** on a nun!

In heavy rain, you don't see as clearly and your vision is reduced a lot at the edges of the windshield (not to mention the wiper sits in front of your face when stopped).

It does not belong on a BMW, sadly, I'm sure someone will try it:p
