This was my first stitch ever (actually my first 26 stitches) so it's not perfect, but I hope you like it.

You will notice that on the far right, 632 Regal is fixing a fog light while Gayle talks to the vehicle's owner.
I debated leaving this car out of the spread but it's actually a great indicator of how things work around here:
a whole lot of talk and good times, and a few guys willing to get their hands dirty working on your car.

The cars were in this order with the exception of the first and last car which were actually 2nd from right
and 3rd from right respectively. Unfortunately, I think my camera corrupted the original photos of those cars.
Since I only had one side shot of each car, they had to be on the ends.

I think a friend of Bimmer Nut Ed drove up after these pictures in a Black 525i and it's possible
that an e34 or two left before the pictures were taken.

The *.psd (photoshop) was +300 MB. If any of you want the full-size .jpg version you can download it here (http://www).
But I should warn you that it is 17 MB and measures 1200 X 21000 pixels.

well, now that i infer from your reply that you did it by hand, i am REALLY impressed. i make photomurals as a part of my work and that is not so easy to accomplish.

good luck buying software for doing this. i attended a demo day at my local pro equipt dealer in boston this winter where a panorama software company was presenting, and realized that my use for it -- very large landscape images, sometimes 50 feet long -- was falling by the wayside and all the "hot action" is in real estate. in fact there were a bunch of real estate salesmen there, in a place normally inhabited only by pro photogs. they all wanted to learn how to do panoramas that not only go around in a circle but you can go up and down, like being on the inside of a sphere and looking at a picture projected on the inside of its skin. so the plain ol' flat panorama seems to be of little interest these days. still a fun format, at least to my eye.
