Here's some pics after the suspension install before the Chicago meet. Rides much nicer and isn't too rough at all. Eibach pro-kit with Bilstein sports. Thanks to Jon K for the help with the install!! He's a real sick guy even just to hange out with. Everything went great. (Jon, it's still doin the overheating thing for some reason. I don't know what else it could be though.)

Rofl @ the bird crap, that happened a few days ago with me as well... (5 acre Duck pond park in back yard grrr)

Those Style 32s still make me jealous... Wow.

You did an excellent job! I wish the previous owner took that kind of care before I bought it... Ugh. It's sort of limited what I can to help my car... It's quite frustrating because I'm not gonna buy new trim and un-dented panels.

Gorgeous Andrew, just freaking gorgeous!

BTW that was me in bat form, shitting on your car. I saw the car and got jealous, hope none went into the cabin through the open sunroof, looks like it might have, haha!

lol. If you can see in some of the pic's, I shadowlined the passenger side trim, and I'm going out right now to do the driver side.

HAHAHAHA...Made my night. I just started waxing, it will be dark soon so the detailing program is gonna suck. I would have done this earlier but we had rain which in combination with a dirt road = major mud, 2 days in a row. LaQuintas better have access to a hose, ill bring my own and finish it off on their lawn or something.

Andrew - sucks about the over heat. We did thermostat, housing, gasket, fan clutch, and flushed the coolant. Hrmph. Maybe someone on here knows secrets to M60 over heats. Otherwise - that **** looks sick! It looked good when you pulled away down the street. Good choice and glad its still comfortable enough for you!

...so do the wheels and the shadowline. It'll look good in the lineup at the Chicago meet.

It's not too low in person - that driveway pic can be a little misleading. Its higher than my 525i on bilstein sport H&R sports but I have 3mm spring pads. His ride is WAY more comfortable than the suspension on my car, but I suspect that has a lot to do with the polyurethane bits i have.

well i'm out of ideas, you pretty much replaced the entire cooling system, unless there is something physically wrong with the radiator, or the temp sensor is bad.

yeah that's basically how we feel. I am kind of curious of actual temps. Maybe sometime andrew will get it temp probed or will letme put my coolant temp sensor in his coolant circuit to see what the temps are on my laptop.

The ride is great. Not too hars at all. No bottoming out, and the roads in Illinois SUCKED.

This is true. Since the driveway is slanted, it makes the car look a tab bit lower. The true height of the car can bee seen in the airport pictures.

i am assuming you still have your AC condenser installed?

when i removed mine there were tons of leaves behind it blocking the radiator.

yes, I still have the ac condener isntalled. I don't believe it's a blockage of the radiaot because it started hapenning 2 weeks after the water pump was relaced, so myabe I'll make a trip over to the guy who did it asking what his procedure is. I don't understand what could go wrong with installing a waterpump that would make it slightly overheat in traffic though.

Nah, I doubt it. The guy's a master BMW mechanic and he used all new seals.
