Drivers side interior door latch (bowden cable)

Can someone help me with replacing this darn thing, it's driving me crazy...I took the door panel off and the latching mechanism but I'm unable to get it out due to the window guide....I'm trying to replace the bowden cable...Anyhelp you can offer is greatly appreciated....

BTW I was only able to find one topic on this in the forum and it was never clearly explained.

Hi Brandon,

To remove the window guide peel up the felt window runner from the bottom and you will find a small torx (27?) bolt. Removing the bolt allows the guide to be slide off a clip at the top. I am not sure what you mean by bowden cable?

Bowden cable is the BMW given part name for the cable that pulls the latch open from the interior door handle..
