One of my friends wants to know, but I have never had a need, yet i have no idea! lol thanks guys

It should be adjusted automatically, when the seat slide forward and back. On my passenger seat, the cable is broken so it does not work. Yours may be broken as well.

forward it comes down as you go back it goes up
