looks like the camera was "adjusted" to take the pic better, im sure it doesnt look like that in real life, just like the pics of my lights look nothing like what they really are.

thet are probably HID or PIAA xtreme white or soemthing

Then what kind of bulbs give off a light, blueish tint?

You don't want blueish tint in your light.

Perhaps you can try Philips 9006 or 9005 OE replacement...

Actually to me ... it looks more like the tint from the building light. Assuming that is a building its reflecting (the blue led's). I believe that it's a combo of camera function and the buildings tint on the lights.

Without going through the expense and hassles of trying to add *true* Xenon HID headlights to our cars, perhaps the best, and cheaper option is to do either the 9005 modification outlined on Bruno's site (using Wagner Brite Lite bulbs @ less than $10 each) or get yourself a set of Toshiba HIR 9012 (low)/9011 (hi) bulbs from either Daniel Stern or Bill Fox (finemotoring.com) at about $27 per bulb.

Either of these "cheaper" options will be better than the stock halogens. I'm leaning on doing the Toshiba HIR bulb upgrades when I get the time.

I think blueish tint looks ostentatious...

LOL!! that is my car!! Billion PA had it right, the camera's white balance adjuster was set to compensate for the yellow incandescenst from the garage, it compensated by adding blue

so to answer your question, they are just stock regular old lights
