Trusted Arms Under Load

What happen if I replace the trusted arms while the car is on a ramp? Would the trust arm will get damage?
So, what will be the right way to replace them?

maybe hard to get the arm off sitting on a ramp..

if you plan to DIY. you should put the arm in without completely tightening the bushing bolt. Load the front suspension to static height then tighten the bushing bolt.
