Head Gasket vs head gasket set???

So i'm looking on BMA for the headgasket (along with all of the OTHER gaskets, hoses, belts and what not) for the M5. I notice 2 distinct listings. One is a Head Gasket, which is in stock and very cheap. The other is a Head Gasket Set (which comes up under gaskets and engine repair). That is N/A right now with no price listed. But i recieved and email saying it would be around $450. (i forget the exact price). What do i get in the 'head gasket set' that is worth paying the extra money? bolts?

head, such as intake manifold, throttle body, valve stem seals timing cover seals and gaskets, valve cover gasket.. Typically any gasket needed when you remove the head. The bolts are not usually included in the head set

oh awesome! then thats DEFINATELY what i'd want. Now, to order that and some headbolts next week!

Wha? $450 for a head gasket set? Is that the M5 rate? I think an Elring head gasket set for the M30 from BMA was about $75 ot $80.

i can get a goetze (one of my favorite brands) head set for a 91 m5 for about $325+s/h if that helps
