Just saw that, going to try to salvage the ones on the car if not ill get a new set. They sell the single boot for 3.75 and a set of 2 for 10.80... you can get 2 singles for less, lol.

Those people don't know what they are doing. Beware - in my opinion they are only good for those ball joint boots - no further business.

They sent me exhaust gaskets when I asked for intake, and for a M50 engine instead of m30. And kept insisting that they were for my car... Absurd. Stay away from BMPD.com!

They must be real tight and need a clamp. I have searched now for 6 weeks for another supplier and a friend in Germany found one. Ordered 100 pcs, but not yet delivered.
I once got these from Johan in Holland and that is nice stuff

I got them!
200 pieces :D
33 x 15 mm part number 8501 3315
29 x 14 mm part number 8501 2914
nice as the original ones in black soft rubber with clamps on top and bottom as shown above in my link.

Maker is TRISCAN smartparts from Daenemark
http://www.tridon.dk/

My friend Imanuel in Germany found them finally, but he could not buy them as they only sell to dealers, so he involved his local dealer for suspention parts etc.
That cost me 16% VAT more, as he had to buy it for me as resident of Germany.
But now I know the maker.

If you want to have them in the U.S. or AUS/NZ, I suggest you contact them directly and ask for a dealer contact in your country or someone makes a direct import from them for a large lot and then sells them to others.
The ones I have here now are too expensive now, as there is the shipping from Denmark to Germany, 16% VAT in Germany, shipping by airparcel to Japan, import duty and VAT here.
BUT, I have them :D
They come in packs of 5 pieces with the clamps.

I have just informed my friend from MK Autotechnik in Germany to include them into his sales program.
Probaly he will sell them in the future too, if demand is big enough.

Excellent news Erich, excellent.

Noone imports them to Oz, the market is waaay too small as BMW is very niche here. I hope to buy some posted from your freind at MKA when he can make them available. I can wait, none of mine are busted (yet). Cheers, :) Nick

Now on sale on the Japanese auction house

http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r28943110

Of course our Club members get them at special price, but this is for the rest of the people and let's see how much they bid.

6 sets were already sold, plus another each 50 = total 100 rubber boots were given to my shadetree mechanic buddy who has a 20 tons press at home to press the bushings into the sus parts.

Now we even have headliner material for sale in Japan, no competition :p

Somehow we have to finance the hobby
