Alright, what do you guys think. I finally have enough money to buy shocks/springs or get my new trunklid and rear bumper painted/repaired. What do you think I should do first??

Shocks you feel every day... You can't see the trunklid!

suspension first, leaves more motivation to fix the rest after you see how sexy it will look.

i am halfway done (rear only) with my suspension, doing eibach and bilstein hds.

luckily you dont have a lot of miles on your car, but be prepared for stuck bolts.

and by be prepared, I mean have a heavy axe handy, and a metal baseball bat wrapped in duct tape helps too.

Sounds good. I want to see some of the pic's with the eibachs/bilsteins installed so I know what my car is going to look like.

Thanks Jeff. Hopefully my car will be as low as yours because I have seen a few pic's of the Eibach/Bilsteins where the ride height almost looks stock.

A late vote, I would say suspension too IF everything that's broken has been fixed. I always figure that you can drive an ugly car, but you can't drive a broken pretty one. Easier said than done though, I would have loved to spend the $500+ I've spent on suspension repairs on paintless dent repair, a good cut and polish, and maybe some euro tails and corner trim. Damn I need more money...............

Don't we all need more money?

My love for these cars is leaving me a little short change every month. I haven't really got anything better to spend the cash on, so I don't mind.

E34_530: Get new shocks ect. Fix the boot later when you got more cash. :)

My vote is suspension.

When that is done make sure you stop quickly at a pedestrian crossing or similar, get a small nudge in the back, and get them to fix the boot lid. :D

lol Sad to say, but I have thought (and even wished) someone would have just gave me a slight tap in the rear so I can get a new bumper and paint my new trunklid waiting for me in the garage.
