Hey guys, im wondering if the radiator from the 535 is compatible with the v8 in the 530. they physically look different but if i can get it mounted and the hoses to fit, would there be cooling issues? is it even possible?

cuz a friend of mine gave me his old radiator for free when he parted out his 535. free beats 220 :) . i was just wondering if it would work. im eventually going to goto an intercooler when i turbo but until then i need soemthing without a hole in it :)

Intercooler? Turbo? What does that have to do with the radiator?

It'll fit, but I'd stick to the 530 radiator.

when i decide to install the turbo i will be upgrading to a larger radiator as well as an intercooler. my question is in regards to a temporary solution. sorry about the confusion. what would be some of the negatives to using the 535 radiator on the v8. id imagine the |6's use less coolant, so would it effectily cool the v8? can you explain your stance please?

should work if the tranny cooling works for your set up, there was a couple different styles on 530s, the rad will work
