95 540 6 speed conversion

I got the following list from a supplier (junkyard) on the 6 speed conversion parts package,

trani
flywheel
pedal assy
shifter assy
console
clutch master & slave
drive shaft
rear differential

I'd appreciate help and comments if any major parts are missing. Thanks.

why the diff???

I am not going to bicker if the supplier includes the differential when I pay him 2 grand plus freight. What I'd like to know if there are major components missing. So far as I can tell, the 6 speed has a different gear box cross member.

I think the 540 uses a different diff and gearbox from other E34s,it may share both with the M5(3.8).ie The diff is a large case for the 3.8 M5 and 540,other E34 use the medium case
